Grundell specialises in many art techniques/skills from Visual Merchandising to Marketing Design. It was fascinating to understand various job roles and skills Grundell has experienced and explored, she has never stuck to one thing and has wanted to explore as much as possible.

What was intriguing was to witness someone else collaborating with others within the art industry and how the development within their career has become rewarding. This is identified in the founding of AG Studios which is managed by a team of artists, engineers, programmers, designers and much more. Grundell highlighted the importance of using social media to gain awareness and confidence. Stating how beneficial posting frequently on social media, Grundell interacts with the students and encourages us to understand that although this should try to be frequent, you will be busy and put other things first, which is perfectly fine but it is always beneficial to post when you can do so.

Grundell showcased how important and creative it can be to use various and used materials rather than paying for new material that can be expensive. Grundell admitting to rummaging through skips and how beneficial it was to sculptural ideas when finding weird items that most people throw away but in the process are benefitting her. This can be presented in a project developed called '12 days of Christmas woodland walk' which was created when Grundell was a freelancer 5 years ago.

For this project, Grundell explained to us all the different methods and experiences she went through alongside designer Lee Goater. From rough sketches to finding recycled materials to use for the winter-inspired project, it was encouraging and fascinating to see in detail how much work went into a successful project.
